 In the past few years I have had many opportunities to conduct training: HR subjects, Lean/Six Sigma, Company objectives, etc. This does not make me an expert trainer, but it has made me quite discerning when evaluating other people's training methods, especially when they are training me! I found Sandy Bowles to possess an exceptional delivery method. She introduced me to a subject that I had little previous experience with and most of it was lecture based. I always feel I'm missing something not being physically in the class. This class has changed my perspective on that.
