Our apologies, but because you will be receiving our manual when you register for our courses, all sales are final.  If for any reason you cannot attend the course, you have two options.  First, you can replace the registrant with another person at no charge.  Horizon Consultants must be notified of the student change prior to the start date of the course.   Your second option, if you are unable to attend and do not wish to send a replacement student, you will be able to attend the same course within a year at no additional charge by contacting our office to make those arrangements.
