Sandy is an amazing instructor for the Fire and Odor IICRC courses. She deserves a 10 for her rating but I'm giving a 5 because that's the highest I can give. She is a subject matter expert in her field and prepares her students well for success and to pass the IICRC exams. Sandy is extremely dedicated to her students and their success. I was a little hesitant to take an on-line class only because I learn better hands on. Sandy Bowles had no idea I was a retired Type 1 Haz-Mat Captain for the Bakersfield Fire Department for 32 years. I listened in to see if she was blowing smoke on all the chemistry that is taught in this class. I have to say that Sandy has got to be one of the most knowledgeable instructors I have had the pleasure of taking a class with. If you're looking to take this class, Sandy's humor and quick wittedness makes the class a fun place to be. Although having to sing (Here we are to save the day by Mighty Mouse has not left my brain yet). All in all, great job Sandy and Thank You.
